Description

“The glue that holds all relationships together — including the relationship between the leader and the led — is trust, and trust is based on integrity.”

- Brian Tracy

In order to work together as a team in the best way you can, you need to trust each other. Trust makes people engage each other and the company they work for, therefore resulting in better work.

Trust fosters collaboration, collaborating means sharing knowledge and information and will result in better work.

And if you trust your team members, you can focus on other parts of your work, improving growth of your team and yourself.

In this session we will do some hands-on exercises to gain trust. So you can practice those with your team, and as a bonus we create immediate trust between all the Agile Camp participants.

This session is for Scrum Masters, coaches, Product Owners and everybody that works in a team and wants to get the best out of that team.

Any project can get badly derailed. And once it happens, there's always at least one member of the team who saw this particular way of derailing coming. If only we'd known earlier, you think, then we could have addressed that problem right away...

I'm going to show you how to quickly pool your whole team's knowledge about a project's risks. I'll lead you through a quick, re-usable, relatively simple workshop format that will identify large and small things-that-might-go-wrong. It will help you make a plan for staying out of trouble, and avoiding that dreaded fall into the Black Hole.
