As a coach, you almost start by designing your alliance, the boundaries, the container for your experiment. When considering agile like the behaviour of people in a system, what nudge might fit for that purpose?
We will experiment with different designs together and maybe find out the fundamental patterns.
The goal of this session is for participants to experience, through the body, which of the four coaching stances (Coach, Facilitator, Teacher, Mentor) they feel most comfortable with. Optionally we can explore what blocks them from using other coaching stances and how to unblock this.
Any project can get badly derailed. And once it happens, there's always at least one member of the team who saw this particular way of derailing coming. If only we'd known earlier, you think, then we could have addressed that problem right away...
I'm going to show you how to quickly pool your whole team's knowledge about a project's risks. I'll lead you through a quick, re-usable, relatively simple workshop format that will identify large and small things-that-might-go-wrong. It will help you make a plan for staying out of trouble, and avoiding that dreaded fall into the Black Hole.
The goal is to show participants that LS is easy to use and you don't need special skills for it, by having a specific theme that is personal focused then this workshop will liberate people and give them an eye opener about their own development.
Also, it will show how LS is actually an interactive language and not a facilitation technique.
By using a string of different LS formats then people can really get some concrete steps or tangible insights.
Everyone can be part of this workshop, openness, courage, focus, respect and commitment is all what you need, sounds familiar right 😉.
The audience will experience a lot of fun, powerful string, very personal focused theme.

Get (more) familiar with the possibilities of the Liberating Structure, Troika Consulting. In this session, we'll run a Troika Consulting with all participants in order to actively consider what makes it work, how we might use its possibilities to the fullest, what goes into the creation of a useful invitation, and how me might tie its use into our own learning and workshop designs.
